Before you get started.
Can I bring existing projects into ECS Finek?+
Yes. Import and export tools support vendors, customers, projects and labor hours. For in-progress billing, review SOV balances and retainage against your source records before continuing in the new workspace.
Does ECS Finek replace my accounting system?+
ECS Finek focuses on construction operations and project financial controls. Its project reports and management WIP estimates complement your accounting process. General-ledger financial statements, payroll processing and automatic QuickBooks sync are not currently provided.
Can I export reports for our meetings?+
Yes. The report library supports PDF and CSV exports, including project financial overviews, budget versus actual, WIP, receivables and retainage reports.
Are email follow-ups and external integrations active?+
Collection tracking and document workflows are available in the workspace. Automatic email delivery, reply capture and external integrations require additional setup and validation before use.
