Construction Progress Billing & Retainage Software

Bring the details to your next billing meeting.

Organize the schedule of values, installed progress, stored materials and retainage in a connected project workspace.

A practical workflow for a familiar problem.

Progress percentages arrive late. Stored materials are mixed into installed work. Retainage remains in a separate tracker. A billing meeting works better when the team can review those balances together.

01

Start with the schedule of values

Maintain project billing lines and cumulative progress. Assigned PMs can submit installed progress and stored-material updates for accounting review.

02

Keep stored materials separate

Track stored materials alongside installed progress so the billing review can account for material transfers without billing them twice.

03

See retainage through closeout

Keep withheld retainage and release activity visible alongside contract value, prior billings and the remaining balance.

04

Prepare shareable billing documents

Create AIA-style G702/G703 progress-billing output and export supporting project reports. Review the GC’s required format before submission.

Questions before you get started

Are these official AIA forms?

ECS Finek provides AIA-style G702/G703 output. It does not claim AIA endorsement or that every GC will accept the generated format.

Can PMs enter hours without seeing wage rates?

The crew and scheduling workflows use labor hours without exposing employee wage rates. PM project access is limited to assigned projects.

Does this replace my general ledger?

No. ECS Finek supports project operations and financial controls. General-ledger accounting and payroll processing remain in your accounting system.
