  1. Who qualifies. The first 200 company workspaces whose annual subscription payment of $5,089.80 is successfully confirmed by ECS Finek receive a founding place. One place per company workspace. Monthly subscriptions and free trials do not qualify or reserve a place.
  2. When a place is awarded. Allocation happens when payment is verified, subject to the remaining limit. Checkout initiation does not reserve a place. Your billing page shows the awarded place after confirmation. Retired places are not reassigned. If all places are claimed before your payment is confirmed, the normal annual subscription applies without a founding price guarantee.
  3. The price. The guaranteed recurring annual subscription price is $5,089.80. The 15% annual discount is already included; it is not a second discount. At the current $499 monthly rate, annual billing saves $898.20 compared with twelve monthly payments.
  4. Continuous annual renewal. The guarantee lasts while the same company subscription renews annually without interruption. Canceling auto-renewal, changing to monthly billing, or failing to renew before the paid annual term ends terminates the guarantee. A refunded or disputed qualifying payment also ends eligibility. Cancellation does not remove any remaining confirmed paid access, subject to payment reversals.
  5. What is included. Updates included in your current subscription plan are covered as the product grows. Taxes, separately priced optional add-ons, third-party service charges and separate future plans are excluded from the price guarantee.
  6. What this offer does not promise. Future features, integrations and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Subscribe based on the capabilities available today. Regular monthly and annual subscription charges continue to follow the plan and consent shown at checkout.
